Reports to the Head (Member Relations).
Responsibilities:
1) Membership Engagement & Community Building
- Plan, network and bring the legal community together during outreach events and activities.
- Oversee and represent SAL at key membership and industry events to increase awareness of SAL membership benefits and promotion of its products, events and services.
- Able to design mentorship programme for SAL members.
2) SAL Products & Services Development
Partner representatives from SAL clusters in engaging with the SAL Committees to:
- Understand the industry’s professional issues and development needs.
- Gather member feedback to improve existing SAL offerings.
- Identify and assist in creating new initiatives, products, and services for SAL to deliver.
3) Marketing, Communications & Business Development
- Craft, lead and execute marketing plans for SAL’s outreach activities, products and services.
- Formulate a roadmap to foster networking among the legal community.
- Plan and conduct market research activities.
4) Data Analytics & Statistics
- Perform data and trend analysis to assess the quality and meaning of membership data in Singapore and overseas market.
- Ensure membership data and systems are complying to laws, data privacy regulations and government guidelines.
5) Membership Policies & Administration
- Assist Head (Member Relations) in providing perspectives and insights in guiding SAL membership policy development.
- Assist the membership admin team during key administrative periods.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, communications, or law, with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in community engagements (bonus if within legal industry).
- Experience in marketing, business development, or legal.
- Good analytical and data literacy skills, with a flair for interpreting numbers and trends.
- Able to build positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to engage confidently with large groups of people, demonstrating diplomacy and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal writing communications and presentation skills.
