Job Details:

1 year contract (renewable)
5 days' work week across Monday - Sunday
Working hours: 40 hours per week / night shift schedule (8hrs shift between)
Working from home
Salary $18/hr

Job Descriptions:

Over the phone interpreter (Mandarin to English)
The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement and general businesses.
Provide real-time language translation services during customer interactions
Ensure accurate and effective communication between customers and call center representatives.
Aid non-English-speaking customers in understanding and resolving their inquiries or issues
