Job Description of Online & Offline Sales Executive

•  Take responsibility for the effective management of all sales orders coming into the business from the online and offline accounts, ensuring prompt processing of orders and continued up to date maintenance of the catalogue; working closely with both online vendor services and key internal stakeholders to manage and maintain a performance dashboard and produce timely and accurate business reporting to support strategic decision making and the effective management of the account. 
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring proactive collaboration with all stakeholders to support the smooth and effective management of the account. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred

• Minimal three years of experience as Sales Executive 

• Proven track record of positive sales performance 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English 

• Proficient PC skills
