Job Scope:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including order fulfillment, procurement, and shipping coordination.
• Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and streamline stock management.
• Monitor order processing and fulfillment to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.
• Arrange transportation and delivery of goods through liaising with shipping carriers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments.
• Resolve logistics-related issues promptly and professionally, handling customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide leadership and guidance to logistics staff, including training and development initiatives.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and expenses to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Candidates should possesses min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with more years of work experience will be considered for Senior position
