Survey Experience Officer (Household)

Salary: $3,000 ($2,650+$350 transport allowance)

Working hours: 44 hours per week (5 days work week from Monday-Sunday)

Work location: Clarke Quay/Chinatown/Novena – Mostly Islandwide due to field work

Job Scope:

• Complete survey via phone and field visit
• Schedule interview appointments with respondents
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
• Data entry for completed surveys
• Status update report to supervisor
• Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

1. Able to work in fast-paced environment

2. Able to speak fluently

3. Proficient in excel (VLOOKUP, Filter functions)
