Job Description - Senior Finance Accounts Associate

My client is a law firm in Singapore, who is in search of a Senior Finance Accounts Associate. Please see below for the job description.

Book-keeping

Liaises with the clients on documents required for book-keeping
Bookkeeping
Compilation and preparation of financial statements
Preparation of XBRL for annual return filing to the ACRA

Payroll

Preparation of monthly payslip
Submission of CPF
Submission of Make- up claim for NSMen
Preparation of IR8A
Submission of Occupational Employment Dataset (OED)

Corporate Tax

Estimated chargeable income filing
Preparation of corporate tax computation
Filing of corporate tax return to IRAS

Personal tax

Preparation of personal income tax computation
Filing of income tax return to IRAS

MAS

Preparation of annual declaration and filing to MAS
Attend to MAS officer’s queries when necessary

Others

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
