Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $2700 - $5500 (Compensation based on experience) + Performance Bonus
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm); Saturday (9am - 1pm)
• Location: Gul Circle
• Our client offers comprehensive solutions for small and medium e-commerce businesses, helping them expand their online brand presence
• Full training is provided for entry-level candidates

Job Scope:

• Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory management, and worker/shift management
• Ensure warehouse operational SLAs are met through general management, problem-solving, and employee coaching/training
• Coordinate on-site with operations backend teams to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and accuracy
• Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve overall performance
• Continuously improve throughput and achieve sustained delivery performance improvements
• Proficient in Excel; will perform data analysis, planning, and other computer-related tasks
