Position: Warranty Administrator (Automotive)
Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 + OT
Location: East
Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
Responsibilities:
- Control the time units of warranty jobs and all clocking
- Prepare and process warranty claims for submissions via the GWS / SSNW system
- Monitor the status of warranty claims after submission
- Inform the After-Sales Manager / Service & Workshop Manager of rejected claims to review and re-submit the claim
- Provide weekly report on warranty claim status to After-Sales Manager / Service & Workshop Manager / Workshop Executive
- Responsible for keeping the warranty storage room clean and organised
- Update warranty records and provide monthly submissions summary to After-Sales Manager / Service & Workshop Manager
- Update of Recall and Workshop campaign to all relevant after-sales staff and Recall campaigns to Land Transport Authority (LTA)
- Follow up closely with relevant after-sales staff pertaining to recall campaigns and workshop campaigns
- Control all job cards especially warranty jobs to assure that all relevant details are mentioned, customer signatures are included, and all requested documents / test logs / photos are attached
- Check at random the number of outstanding campaigns not completed through the WWS system to ensure that all recall campaigns are carried out accordingly
- Monitor and ensure all relevant information is correct and closing of jobs in the system
- Maintain effective communication within the company
- Any other suitable duties assigned from time to time by the Management
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in related field of study
- Comfortable in handling heavy workload and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to OT when necessary
- Candidates with prior experience in a dealership setting would be a plus point
