Centre Manager (Senior Day Care Centre) - Urgent Hiring

As a Centre Manager (Senior Day Care Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage daily operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with licensing standards. 
• Coordinate referrals to daycare services and monitor service utilization. 
• Collaborate with the Communications & Development department on donations, volunteers, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with key partners to plan, track, and implement programs and schedules.
• Assist with budget management and ensure cost-effective Centre operations. 
• Oversee Centre logistics, procurement of supplies, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors
• Handle all enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incidents related to Centre operations.
• Maintain and update all Centre operations documentation for audit purposes. 
• Work with HR on manpower needs, including interviewing and selecting candidates
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate clinical team coverage as needed. 
• Manage interactions with internal and external auditors and assist in updating Centre policies.. 
• Conduct internal audits and investigate incidents as needed. 
• Access and review the National Means Test System (NMTS) and Financial Assistance (FA). 
• Perform professional assessments on clients or families in the absence of clinicians. 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Therapy or Healthcare related preferred. Degree in other relevant field of study. 
• Possess at least 3 years of working experience in healthcare or senior care setting.
