As an Executive (Partnership & Community Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Partnerships and Community Development:
- Provide support in partnership and collaboration plan for the change in sector landscape.
- Identify potential partners and collaborations.
- Work with stakeholders to pilot and implement new programs/initiatives.
- Assist with scaling up and implementing new initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, including service providers and grassroots organizations.
- Address queries and provide information to partners and potential partners.
- Participate in activities to improve new programs/initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to realize new initiatives.
- Event Management:
- Plan and manage key events like conferences, tournaments, road shows and campaigns.
- Handle event budgeting, concept design, logistics, production and management.
- Corporate Secretariat:
- Arrange meeting schedules and logistics for board and committee meetings
- Writing of minutes during meetings.
- Collate and distribute meeting documents.
- Provide support during meetings.
- Prepare appointment letters for board members.
- Facilitate the on-boarding process for new board members.
- Prepare quarterly management reports for board and executive committee meetings.
- Maintain membership register and statutory records.
- Assist with annual general meeting arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for IPC renewal.
- Manage contracts such as Service Level Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding.
- Ensure proper completion, collection and archival of contracts.
- Collaborate with external parties to enhance patient care and services.
- Coordinate the submission of Request for Proposals for new services and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Working experiences in event management, healthcare, business development or corporate secretariat would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences.
- Effective communicator, clear and persuasive.
