Marketing Manager

1.Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in skincare, marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field.

2. Work Experience:

• Extensive experience in marketing or sales, particularly in managerial positions.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, more than 2 years experience on skincare field, with preference given to those with Southeast Asia and international market expansion experience.
• Experience in team management or project management.

3. Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with individuals at different levels.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at developing marketing strategies and plans.
• Demonstrates teamwork and leadership qualities, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members.

4. Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the Singapore market and industry, especially in the skin care sector, understanding market trends and competitors.
• Proficient in digital marketing, online marketing, and social media marketing practices.

5. Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of effective communication with international teams and clients.
