Sales Manager

We are hiring experienced Sales Manager to work in Singapore. The potential candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales goals and targets.  

Job description:

1. Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to help them achieve their sales targets.
2. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand customer base.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs and requirements.
4. Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Sales Planning: Developing and implementing sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of the sales team and individual sales representatives and taking corrective actions when necessary.
7. Budget Management: Managing the sales department budget and ensuring expenses are within budgetary limits.
8. Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends to senior management.
9. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of company products and services and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
10. Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualification and skills:

Minimum 3 years of leading experience in Beauty field/services with an aggressive and “Can Do attitude”.
