Our client is a Listed Japanese Trading firm that specializes in electronic components, housing equipment, chemicals, and plastics. They are looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for the accounting activities in the company.

【What will you be working on】
① AP trade and non-trade 
- Review and process invoices related to trade and non-trade purchases.
- Coordinate with the department to resolve any issues related to supplier invoices and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process payments to vendors, ensuring they are made per agreed-upon terms.
- Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation and month-end closing reports.
- Assist in monthly GST and MES compilation
- Supports any reporting requirement and ad-hoc duties assigned

② Credit limit
- Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing credit reports, financial statements, payment history, etc. 
- Credit Limit setting: Review appropriate credit limits for customers based on credit risk assessment and following company policies and procedures
- Liaise with external parties (D&B, Coface) for credit limit matters.
- Prepare credit limit consumption reports

【What they are looking for】
<MUST>
- Minimum Degree (Diploma is also considerable, depends on experience) in Accounts/Finance/Business or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting (AR, AP, GL) and knowledge of bookkeeping. Be able to handle Trade and Non-Trade AP and Credit Application.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, positive mindset and willingness to try new things
- Follow our company procedure and be good at teamwork
- Good in handling PDF softcopy and folder management due to paperless policy
- Ability to commit long term in a company

<PREFER>
- Experienced in handling full sets of accounting is a plus
- Knowledge of Singapore Tax Regulation
- Familiar with SAP 
- Able to start work on short notice/immediately.
