Job Description

ONLY SINGAPOREAN

Staff & Payroll Related

Processing of miscellaneous claims and non-payroll related payments to staff

Accounts Receivable

Issuance of receipts for monies collected
Monitoring & billing of carpark charges
Billing to vendors for services/utilities
Raise service to agency process refunds, Update, monthly billing and Velocity deductions

Accounts Payable

Route E-invoices for certification / good receipts
Follow up with users on certification of e-invoices to ensure timely payments
Provide advice to officers on direct invoicing, payment processing issues, good receipt issues

Requirement:

Diploma In Accounting
