Job Summary- Work Type: Permanent / Full Time
- Min. Education Level: Degree
- Field of Study: Accountancy/Foundation ACCA or equivalent
- Years of Experience: 2 years +
- Skills: Detailed, Organised, Time Management skills
Job Descriptions
- AR handling - Customer Invoice preparation and uploading onto system, uploading data from Software to Accounting software
- Processing Bank Receipt entries & follow up with customer, Sending monthly invoice and statement to the customer
- AR Summary and customer reports.
- Bank reconciliation
- Journal entries for closing
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, have an ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years of related working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Resourceful, proactive, analytical and has problem solving skills
- Detailed, organised and able to prioritise work / manage time well
- Working experience in logistic industry will be an advantage
