Accounts Executive (Part time, 3 months contract) - Opportunity to Make a Difference

The Company


Our client, a European logistics company, is looking to hire a part time Accounts Executive to support the finance team for a period of 3 months.


The Role


Reporting to the finance manager, you will be responsible for day to day accounting function. Activities include AP reconciliation, cost invoice booking, bank receipts, performing bank reconciliation as well as involved in ad hoc related finance tasks whenever required.


Your Profile


You should have a Diploma in Finance and Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. You should have good communication skills, time management skills and are able to work with minimal supervision. You should be proactive and are willing to learn. Immediate availability would be highly preferred.
