Job Description - Accounts Officer - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities:

Handle Partial/Full set accounts (accounts receivable/payable/General Journal)
Issue invoices and checking billing data input to ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing
Verifications of creditors’ bills and tally of SOA to ensure arithmetic accuracy and proper recovery, comprising of daily cheque issuance monthly creditors payment
Prepare audit schedule and financial report
Monthly bank reconciliation
Quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
Inter-company billing, reconciliation and revaluation
Journal entries/adjustments for year-end accruals/needful provisions as and when necessary
Assist in quarterly stock take exercise
Liaise and coordinate with internal/external auditors
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
