Assist in the daily operations of the Purchasing and outlets
Assist in managing purchasing information, systems and services
Assist in maintaining manual or computerised procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories
Negotiate for the best price for goods and services without comprising quality
Assist in monitoring and managing quality assurance systems
To source for alternative supply on products & services
Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers
Maintaining good relationship with colleagues at all level
Audit outlets on receiving processes when required
Any adhoc duties required
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Procurement/ Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in F&B industry
Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, hardworking, and meticulous with can-do attitude
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills
Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications and SAP
