Admin Assistant (Production / Company Transport / 5 Days / West)

• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.15pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Scope

• Work closely with supervisor/manager to ensure production planning run smoothly and give support to the team.
• Coordinate between shipping team and production team to obtain relevant documents in timely. 
• To be responsible of production data collection and data entry in ERP system
• Data key in for raw material withdrawal record, finished goods production.
• Handle internal and external warehouse inventory control.
• Lead warehouse operators’ daily activities.
• Be one of trainer for safety procedures to staffs.
• Other related duties as assigned by the production / operation manager and managing director.

Requirement

• GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• 1 – 2 years of relevant working experiences
