Job Responsibilities

• Promoting and effectively representing and communicating the ONLY brand through passion and understanding of all our services.
• Achieve and exceed assigned personal / company sales targets.
• Experience in handling & closing high ticket sales.
• Oversee and ensure efficiency, profitability to meet KPIs of the outlet.
• Devising daily Sales Planning.
• Oversee all customer care / administrative operations & programs.
• Assist in Inventory Management.
• Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
• Ensuring & delivering high levels of results satisfaction & experience to customers.
• Working & building a cohesive environment with a team.
• To guide and lead the team to hit their monthly set targets.
• Avid learners who are motivated to keep up with the latest technologies and devices.
• Perform Face, Skin, Body, Hair and Scalp treatments with excellent skill and service attitude.
• Make professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service with professional touch.
• Play an active role in customer referral and retention.
• Qualified candidates can anticipate a substantial salary increase ranging from $500 to $1000 above their current compensation.

Requirements

• Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness certifications will be a bonus.
• Experience in the Beauty industry
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well groomed with pleasant disposition & personality..
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Competent, self motivated and results oriented..
• Solid communication & presentation abilities in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and associates.
• Possessing great leadership qualities.
