Beauty Trainer

We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetic Group Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in training and developing our aestheticians and staff. 
The ideal candidate will possess both exceptional hands-on skills and effective communication abilities to mentor and educate our team members.
 

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for training and developing our team of aestheticians and staff, ensuring they are proficient in delivering aesthetic treatments and services that are results-driven. 
You will be a hands-on trainer who not only excels in performing aesthetic procedures but also possesses the ability to effectively communicate and educate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions for aestheticians and staff in various aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Ensure that team members are well-versed in the latest techniques, industry best practices, and product knowledge.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of individual team members.
   

Skill Enhancement:

• Assess the skills and performance of aestheticians and staff through regular evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help team members improve their techniques and customer service skills.
• Identify areas for skill enhancement and develop training plans accordingly.

Communication and Education:

• Effectively communicate and demonstrate aesthetic procedures, techniques, and protocols to the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among team members.
• Keep team members informed about new products, technologies, and industry trends.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all aesthetic treatments and services meet the company's quality and safety standards.
• Conduct periodic quality audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of service excellence.
   

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, progress assessments, and individual performance.
• Prepare training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Aesthetic Trainer or a Senior Aesthetician with a strong desire and aptitude for training.
• Proficiency in a wide range of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Exceptional hands-on skills and the ability to perform aesthetic procedures with precision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and mentor team members.
• Patient, approachable, and adaptable teaching style.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic technologies, products, and industry trends.
• Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTAC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness
• certifications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for education and continuous learning.
