Contract accounts executive/ assistant (GOOD JOB & LEARNING EXPOSURE) (TJLN)

Summary: To provide financial administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations complying with the internal policies and external laws and legislations.

Responsibilities:

Management Accounting

• Profit & Loss and Trend analysis
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Verify payments arranged
• Reconciliation / finalization of accounts
• Resolution of disputes 
• Follow up of payments 
• Timely accounts schedules for Audit
• Monthly Forecast Reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in accountancy
• Experience in AP preferred
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred
