Credit Control Assistant - Urgent

Responsibilities:

• To set up new account in the system and purchase a credit report.
• Assist in Debts Collection & follow up of overdue account.
• Assist Credit Control Manager in monitoring monthly debts collection performance.
• Prepare regular & monthly credit related reports.
• Organise monthly/weekly collection meeting with sales team.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to non-payment of invoices.
• To assist any other matter related to credit control.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in credit control.
• Well organized and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working hour:

08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday

08:30 to 17:00 Friday
