Location: Tanjong Pagar | Monday to Friday | 9am - 6pm

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty.

Telemarketing:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as data entry and report generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and telemarketing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in customer service or sales will be a plus.
