Customer Service Executive (Order processing) (Up To 4k, ID: 612134)

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive (Order processing) 

Responsibilities:

• Perform order entry & management of orders. (PO&DO)
• Perform follow-up on order related issues (stock availability, timely deliveries, etc.,).
• Responding to enquiries from customers related to the status of orders.
• Preparation of special price costing & quotation for approval.
• Manage and coordinate the quotation activities and submissions
• Assist in compiling and the management of project lists
• Assist in accounts receivable management
• Participation in projects specifically targeted to strengthen supply chain processes to improve customer service level. 

Requirements:

• At least Diploma / Degree holder
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
• 3 years relevant experience in order processing & customer service
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving skills and able to take initiative
• Meticulous and matured
• A good team player with positive working attitude
