Job Description - Executive - Finance - Growth-Minded Organization

Job Purpose

Ensures all payments due are made on time and is responsible for the accounting of two – three assigned Centres – internal control and reliability of the financials

Duties and Responsibilities

Process invoices by keying into ACCPAC and prepare cheques, ideal, TT.
Process payroll via cheques or bank transfer
Process centres’ petty cash claims, reimbursements to staff via bank transfer
Bank reconciliation
Prepare GIRO payment records and keying into ACCPAC.
eFile payment vouchers
Mail cheques (if necessary)
Archive files and file accounting documents
Handles full set of account of 2- 3 Centres including preparation of supporting schedules for audit purposes
GST return reporting
Any adhoc tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

LCCI Advance Accounting
GCE O level or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
