Facilities Technician (M&E)

Job Description:

• Plan and supervise renovation, A&A works
• Experience in M&E works such as fire protection system, cooling tower, air con, etc.
• Plan and supervise building services such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, renovation, etc.
• Conduct daily routine inspection for building/M&E facilities works.
• Ensure contractor comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works.
• Raise request for works/services to be done by contractors/vendors.
• Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
• Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Class 2/3 Driving license (Preferred).
• More than 3 years’ experience in Facilities/M&E maintenance.
• Able to work on weekends for emergency/urgent works
