Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable & Claims / Healthcare Industry) - Urgent Hire

Highlights:

• Company Industry: Healthcare 
• 5 days’ work week, 9am – 6pm 
• Remuneration: Up to $3200 
• Location: Town

The Challenges:

• In charge of all Accounts Receivable matters (AR) 
• Process invoices and payments posting in accounting system.
• Perform month end closing and GST submission.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Perform AR reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Submit of e-claims through the Mediclaim portal in accordance to the Medisave Regulations
• Update the Medisave summary file on the submission and status of claims
• Issue of final bill or cheque refund to relevant parties
• File and organize all related documents, ensure accuracy and done in a timely manner
• Handle of all emails and calls on claim enquiries
• Maintain prompt communication with both internal and external parties 
• Provide the required support with the objective of providing quality claim service experience
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. 

What it Takes:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent   
• Experience in medical / healthcare industry will be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting system 
• Bilingual in English and Chinese as this role requires frequent liaising with clients and colleagues from Chinese-speaking states. 
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with high work volume.
