[GOVT] Assistant Dean UP $7,000 Office Hours *Central Region* - Professional Development Opportuni

We are looking for an Assistant Dean for a Government institution.

Job Description: 

• Enhances and improves current operational systems to align with the organization's strategic goals and meet operational requirements.
• Synergizes with departments and assigned working committees to identify, kick-start and eventually scale-up integrated learning solutions 
• Analyses and provide insights to  training operations using technology and behavioral learning science 
• Conduct research on learning theories, data analytics and immersive technology
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements: 

• Commitment period: Minimum 3 years
• Prior experience in Psychology and Pedogogy within a training entity/learning institution 
• Prior experience in supervisory and management position

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $5,000 - $7,000/Month
• 12 Days AL and 14 Days ML

Working Days and Hours: 

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm
• Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
