Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage sales inquiries, quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents.
• Prepares sales proposal/quotation and sales contract review 
• Management of customer account and customer relationship building
• Works with Technical department to resolve client's technical issues
• Manage and monitor customer and product information in the company database.
• Maintain good rapport and close relationship with clients
• Conduct sales presentations and attend on-site and off-site meetings.
• Create and maintain fair, democratic, and good working environment with all team members. 
• Perform other functions and duties as assigned from time to time.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant sales experience 
• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical will be added advantage.
• Positive thinking, Sales-Oriented, Self-Driven and Proactive.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to make sound decision.
• Able to communicate effectively and present company well.
• Must have a “can-do” spirit and the stamina in fast paced environment.
• Fast Learner and independent.
• Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately / with short notice
