- Position : Interior Designer (BASIC + BONUS/5.5 days) - Up to $5000 or more
- Location : North East – Macpherson/Paya Lebar
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Saturday Half Day
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Attractive Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales enquiry
- Manage min 2-4 projects at any one time (with the assistance of Project Coordinator/Manager)
- Understand homeowners' requirement and prepare for design proposal/mood board
- Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts & Prepare quotations
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
- Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
- Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
- Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
- Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design or any design related with minimum 2 years of experience in HDB/Condo projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD would be a plus
- Space planning, Microsoft Excel and powerpoint
- Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
