Job Description - Operation Admin

Job Description:

  • Handle logistics arrangement for all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Liaise with vendors and logistics companies on collection and delivery arrangement
  • Extraction of data and tabulation of Excel stock listings
  • Upkeeping of Excel records for audits and reporting
  • Processing of purchase orders and sales quotations
  • Process daily online sales orders
  • Provide support to accounts team and other administrative support
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experiences in accounting roles
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Heavy usage on Excel)
  • Strong communication skill, able to liaise with vendors and customers and understanding their requirement
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
  • Positive working attitude and willing to learn
  • Meticulous with good analytical skills
  • Preferably Singaporean due to quota limitation
