Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Daily keep track of Director's work and schedule
• Assist the Director with general office admin and business matters
• Coordinate sales and training program
• Arrange event/meetings & take minutes
• Maintain and update company social media accounts
• Coordinate in marketing and business development tasks
• Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, overseas suppliers
• Perform adhoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience
• Experience in social media and digital marketing
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Self-motivated, creative and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications 
• Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop/Illustrator and photography are added advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
