Project Coordinator cum Drafter - Rapid Progression

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor progress of project on-site and ensure smooth and timely completion

2. Plan to ensure that site activities are performed in accordance to safety requirements imposed by Company and/or Client

3. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical aspects of the projects

4. Attend site meetings and have regular on-site inspections

5. Resolve problems on-site to ensure any delays are minimized and additional costs reduced

6. Responsible for drafting and preparing of drawings for projects

7. Carrying out work according to design schedule

8. Any ad-hoc and other duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

1. Min. 2 years of relevant experience

2. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, 3D Max

3. Meticulous attention towards details and alteration of designs

4. A good team player with positive attitude

5. Good communication skills

6. Able to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines

7. Possess valid driving license will be an advantage
