Property Executive (Facilities Management)

Overseeing the day-to-day management of properties

• Coordinating tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations, and reinstatement work
• Managing maintenance tasks to ensure the building facilities and equipment are in working condition
• Handling corporate administrative tasks, regulatory compliance, quality control, inventory control, and procurement
• Liaising and coordinating with contractors for facility-related equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
• Supervising term contractors to ensure they carry out routine and ad-hoc work as per the contract
• Managing complaints and feedback related to building and maintenance
• Providing support to the department in workplace safety and health matters
• Coordinating and assisting in the daily activities of the Corporate Department
• Assisting with ISO auditing/ConSASS and IMS Document Controller tasks
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Possession of GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma in any field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing software is an advantage
• Self-motivated, cooperative, and able to work independently
• A good team player with an outgoing personality; creative and innovative
• Preferred certification in workplace safety & health and/or construction-related certificate
• Relevant ISO auditor certificates
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions
• Salary package will be based on experience level
