Job description

Quantity take-off: Measure and calculate quantities of materials and works from drawings/specifications.

Subcontractor & supplier sourcing: Find suitable subcontractors and suppliers and obtain quotations.

Tender pricing: Prepare costing and pricing for tender submissions.

Quotation evaluation: Compare subcontractor/supplier quotations and prepare cost comparison summaries.

Project administration: Handle commercial and contractual documentation throughout the project.

Interim valuations: Assess completed work and prepare progress claims/payment valuations.

Variation claims: Price, negotiate and agree on changes to the original contract scope.

Claim submissions: Prepare and update progress/payment claims for submission.

Final accounts: Reconcile the final project costs and settle the final account with the client and subcontractors.
