E3 Distribution Pte Ltd, an expanding gaming company, is looking for Admin & Sales Coordinators
Work Shift: 5 Days Week
Working Hour: 9am - 6.30pm
Working Location: Bukit Batok (West area)
Responsibilities:
• Provide sales admin support
• Attend to customer’s queries via phone, email and message groups
• Process order and enter stocks
• Responsible for customer orders processing
• Prepare shipping documents
• Liaise with inter-departments to arrange customers' order and deliveries
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Min GCE 'O' Level
• Possess good communication and co-ordination skills
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Proficient in MS Office and email application
• Able to work independently & as a team
• Mature personality with positive working attitude
• Eligible to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
• Fresh school-leavers are welcome to apply
• Work Location at Bukit Batok
