INBOUND/OUTBOUND (Basic)+Comm up to $5000

- Allowance on top of Basic salary

DUTIES:

• Listening to, understanding and providing needs-based sales solutions for the clients
• Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
• Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirements.
• Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services.
• Always ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and process all orders on phone.

• Customer oriented, enthusiastic, good working attitude and patient
• Highly motivated and result oriented
