Your role shall be:
- Support and manage the general accounting function, including month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage and supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Quarterly assessment of the risks and controls, liaising with Internal Audit Department.
- Streamline processes to improve productivity and engagement in various Finance digitization and digital transformation projects.
- Assisting the General Manager in annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial guidance and support to department heads and senior management.
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365
