Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of the books
- Responsible for the month end closing and preparation of management reporting and analysis
- On-time preparation of payment to suppliers, expenses reimbursements and other payment related matters
- Monitor and verify daily collection and receipts
- Cashflow forecast and monitoring
- Preparation and posting of journals
- Prepare audit schedules and perform accounts reconciliation
- Ensure all transactions are accurately input in the ERP system
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents; year end audit
- Any other duties as assigned
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accountancy qualifications, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Must be conversant both conversing and written Mandarin, to be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin with China colleagues.
- Practical knowledge of ERP
- Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
