You will handle the Accounts Receivable of SingHealth HQ, including creating sales invoices, credit and debit notes and handling subvention receipts. You will also be required to maintain the accounts of MOH funded projects by maintaining the schedules and preparing invoices for submission. You will also be required to support the Treasury function, such as by broadcasting bank statements to SingHealth HQ accounts and tracking fund movements. You will work closely with departments within SingHealth HQ and SingHealth institutions in order to provide the relevant finance support accordingly.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance Operations, you will also assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by other senior members of the department.
