Senior Executive, Stakeholder Engagement - Urgent Position

Roles & Responsibilities

Partnership and Engagement 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams from Fans and Community Engagement, Venues and Marketing to increase stakeholder engagement touchpoints/opportunities  
• Work with identified stakeholder groups such as grassroots organisations, government agencies, corporate entities, non-profit organisations to drive KASM related causes, corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives etc. 
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners, including regular communication, reporting, and partnership evaluation   
• Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and networking 
• Develop and implement engagement initiatives to connect with target audiences such as events and workshops 
• Gather feedback from partners and stakeholders to continuously improve partnership programs and engagement strategies 
• Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, including ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and make data-driven decisions. 
• Assist in ad hoc, special projects or corporate events as required by the Head of department 

Stakeholder Invitations  

• Support role in providing both administrative assistance, coordination and event day execution: 
  • Draft invitations and administrative programmes to guests and GOH for engagement events 
  • Manage a master database of updated stakeholders/partners  
  • Manage and issue invitation tickets/passes for events to guests 

Stakeholder Site Visits  

• Coordinate with internal teams and visiting parties to facilitate site visit by corporates, foreign visitors and other strategic partners  

Venue Tours 

• Oversee administration and management of venue tours bookings at the Sports Hub and calendar and scheduling of tour guides 
• Collaborate with partners to curate new land and/or water tours and a revamped National Stadium tour  

Requirements 

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as events and hospitality management, business management, or equivalent 
• Few years of experience working in a partnership/engagement role with a proven track record in forging new partnerships 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
• Excellent written skills, high proficiency in MS Office 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, visitors and other stakeholders 
• Self-starter, adaptable to change, and able to work under pressure and to meet tight timelines 
• Willingness to learn and develop capabilities, and to acquire and share new knowledge 
• Strong team player with a pleasant disposition and can-do attitude  
• An interest in venue operations will be advantageous
