As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Work with both business and technical teams to implement and support applications that empower the business units.
• Assist in defining business requirements and ensuring project deliverables are achieved on time
• Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, optimize operations, and enhance overall productivity.
• Be the main POC for application enhancements, implementations, and system support, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues efficiently.
• Partner with team, end users, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of IT application system enhancements and projects – meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Keep yourself updated on the latest IT trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate their potential application within the organization and recommend suitable solutions for adoption.
• Ensure system continuity by maintaining comprehensive documentation, including policies & procedures, user manuals, and system configurations.
• Any other ad-hoc IT duties assigned
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science
• Preferably 1 year of IT experience in Healthcare informations systems, such as EMR & etc.
• Experienced in implementing projects
