Job Title: Administrative Executive

Job type and location of work:

· Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Equipment Servicing

· Working Location: Ubi, walking distance to Mac Pherson MRT station

· Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:30PM;)

· Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate internal sales and servicing activities.
2. Manage and update production inventory
3. Procurement of production parts and consumable items
4. Organize logistic for service collection and delivery
5. Track and update service activities and status
6. Support production team to organise production activities
7. Support sales and marketing team to handle customer enquiries
8. Update and maintain general ledger
9. Maintain production records and other documentation
10. Communicate with customers to update service progress

Qualification and role expectations:

1. Good working attitude, commitment and dedication
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
3. Average proficiency in English, written and oral
4. Minimal supervision. Suitable candidates are expected to be responsible and also be a team player.
5. Organise and diligent in maintaining records and tracking
6. Honest and independent individual with good coordination skills.
