Aesthetics Branch Manager - Energetic Workplace

You will report to Sales Operations Manager or Regional Director. Your primary responsibilities are: .

• Day-to-day operation and staff management
• To achieve branch monthly sales target and other KPIs
• Ensure good customer experience and service standard
• Provide professional consultation to clients, so to effectively promote suitable aesthetic treatment packages and products

Requirements: Suitable candidate should possess minimum ‘O’ Levels, or ‘A’ levels / Diploma with 2 years’ relevant experience from service industry such as aesthetic, spa or beauty related industries

• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in hair removal, face, and body treatments
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service 
• Relevant sales experience in beauty or aesthetic industry
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Basic PC skills
• Positive attitude, self- motivated and leadership qualities
• Training and grooming allowance provided
