Customer Relationship Manager

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Directors to coordinate client needs, resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction. 

- Establish and build strong customer relationships that allow for open communication and trust

- Prepare and manage documentations, keep track and follow up with allocated tasks

- Able to meet and ensure every interaction between clients are positive and professional.

Job Requirements:

- Singaporean and Singapore PR applied only

- Fast learner, proactive team player and ability to work in a fast pace environment

- Proficient in database knowledge with strong data mining skills

- Strong organizational and problem solving skills

- Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred (reading, writing and spoken) - (Able to read, write and communicate in English and Mandarin to coordinate)

- Proficiency of MS Office applications
