Job Description - OmniChannel Sustainability Sales Executive

PC Dreams work through our partners to collect pre-owned consumer electronics and put the “waste” through our established supply chains to keep as many devices above ground and in circulation for as long as the economy will have them.

By increasing the lifespan of electronic devices, we reduce consumption of new devices, bridge the rich-poor divide and help corporations and individuals take active steps to achieve their sustainability goals.

Our strategy is to offer a seamless experience by integrating our systems with strategic partners who are able to amplify the catchment area for pre-owned devices to over 100 locations islandwide in the next 2 years.

OmniChannel Sustainability Sales

The OmniChannel Sustainability Sales plays a vital role to PC Dreams Group business. He/She will be incharge of all aspects in a certain category. The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) devices. He/She will be in charge of both buying and selling of devices

under their supervision.

Core Responsibilities:

● Take charge of Omnichannel sales, ensuring a seamless trade-in & sales experience for customers across retail showrooms, e-commerce platforms, and social commerce channels, i.e. Offline-to-Online and Online-to-offline (O2O) platforms

● Maintain a keen awareness of market dynamics concerning ICT devices to facilitate inventory forecasting.

● Oversee our acclaimed buy-back platform and its processes in collaboration with partners and evaluate buy-back performance based on the quality and quantity of devices acquired.

● Manage inventory inflow and outflow efficiently.

● Meet monthly and weekly sales targets consistently.

● Prepare Weekly reports on sales enquiry, sales performance, SLA, revenue and product posting report.

eCommerce & Social Commerce

● Work closely with the warehouse and refurbishment operation team for product preparation for sale

● Work closely with the retail sales team for selling price strategy for various eCommerce & Social Commerce platforms.

● Work closely with web designer & marketing team for promotion and reels publication on eCommerce & Social Commerce platforms

● Work closely with the digital marketing team for effective EDM, marketing automation, SEO and voucher codes management.

● Prepare and post products for sales on various platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Carousell and myhalo (company own eCommerce platform on shopify), including photo taking/cleaning/watermark and specification management.

● Check product listing daily and ensure product range & availability are well maintained.

● Sale fulfilment - prepare invoices on business system and shipment to customers.

● Work closely with account team to ensure timely settlement of sales transactions

● Manage online reviews of customers’ experience (current 4.8 rating on Google Business) so that it is inline with company sustainability brand value.

● Manage SLA of Pre- & post-sale enquiries and support via email, phone calls, WhatsApp & social media platforms, to ensure timely & friendly replies.

Retail

Work closely with the team to:

● Educate customers on the significance of sustainability and foster their

engagement in our community, promoting a zero e-waste lifestyle.

● Drive customers' participation in surveys and promotional campaigns.

● Respond to customers’ enquiries for all myhalo products, sales, trade-in & repair

services, via email, phone calls, WhatsApp & social media platforms.

Working Hours

● 5-day work week including weekend. (rotation depends on roster)

● 3 days back end 2 days front end or vice versa

● Requires participation in roadshow
