Retail Sales Executive

Job Highlight:

• Basic Salary + Monthly Performance Bonus
• 6 days week.
• No work on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent top-notch customer service with a simple welcome greeting and engage customers in conversation.
• Develop good rapport with customers to build customer loyalty.
• Be proactive in responding to customer queries and requests.
• Assist team members in photoshoot and recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
• Respond positively and with timeliness to customer complaints, feedbacks and suggestions.
• Follow up with customers on their orders.
• Update and maintain the Order Management file.
• May be required to be involved in Trade Fairs and Roadshows.

Requirements:

• Good communications & interpersonal skills
• Good in spoken English and 1 other language locally
• A dependable team player who can work both independently and as part of a team
• Presentable and well groomed
• Retail sales target oriented
• Gets a kick out of each successful sale
• Excellent customer service
• Individuals with passionate and cheerful disposition will be added advantage
