Sales Coordinator / Customer Support

• Oversee order processing and accurately enter data into relevant software/programs.
• Perform thorough verification checks to ensure data accuracy before forwarding orders to the Production Department.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for all paperwork used in data entry processes to retain records of original documents.
• Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• With Diploma or Higher in related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
• Excellent communication skills
