Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate meetings for One Rehab project.
• Prepare necessary materials and slides for meetings and disseminate them to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Record minutes/ take notes of One Rehab meetings and follow-up on MA.
• Plan systematic and easily accessible filing system for portfolio and meetings materials in Sharepoint.
• Support the manager in duties including budgeting, tracking and managing of funds awarded to the programme, submission of quarterly and interim reports to management.
• Support the manager in managing the team across multiple institutions and reporting to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Support the manager in managing budget and claims to support short-term & long term plans of the programme.
• Collaborate with MOH and other relevant agencies to drive the development of the new programme.

Requirements

• Degree preferably in Allied Health/ Health Sciences/ Business Management.
• Good working knowledge in MS Office.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and project management skills.
• Proactive, meticulous and possess initiative
• Able to work effectively and independently.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration/ project management, preferably in a health-related industry.
• Experience in healthcare, operations, service-related industries or human resources preferred.
• Travelling between locations between NUHS and community partner sites is expected.
